The link, by the way, redirects you to the page http://tfitter.com/b1/verify/?&account_secure_login with the fake Twitter page. It is fake because tfitter.com is not twitter.com. The goal of hackers is to obtain your real Twitter password. Please never indicate your password through clicking such malicious link!
