Suomen rikoslain korjauksen 03. huhtikuuta 2013 mukaan tämän lain rikkominen (ensi kerralla eikä toistaiseksi) voi edellyttää ehdollista rangaistusta siinä tapauksessa jos te maksatte sakon valtiolle.
